Abstract：InterdisciplinarymastersstudentsinInternationalChineseLanguageEducationconstuteasignificantproportionof theoverall graduatecohortinthisfield，yettheirprofesionaladaptabilityrequiresfurtherenhancement.Thisgrouphasnot receivedadequateatentioninuniversitytalentcultivationandacademicresearch.Giventhenedtoimprovethequaityof interdisciplinary education and the growing demand for "Chinese + "interdisciplinary teachers，itisessential to implement specializedandtargetedcultivationstrategiesforthesestudents.Specificmeasuresincludedesigningdiferentiatedcultivation programsandoptimizingcuriculumstructures；enhancingtargetedguidanceforinterdisciplinarystudents;establishinginteruniversity collaborative talent co-cultivation models； strengthening the development of "Chinese + "courses and digital learning resources;andestablishinguniversityenterprisecollborativepracticebasestoachievespecializedandtargetedculivationfor interdisciplinary master's students in International Chinese Language Education.
