Abstract:InterdisciplinarymastersstudentsinInternationalChineseLanguageEducationconstuteasignificantproportionof theoverall graduatecohortinthisfield,yettheirprofesionaladaptabilityrequiresfurtherenhancement.Thisgrouphasnot receivedadequateatentioninuniversitytalentcultivationandacademicresearch.Giventhenedtoimprovethequaityof interdisciplinary education and the growing demand for "Chinese + "interdisciplinary teachers,itisessential to implement specializedandtargetedcultivationstrategiesforthesestudents.Specificmeasuresincludedesigningdiferentiatedcultivation programsandoptimizingcuriculumstructures;enhancingtargetedguidanceforinterdisciplinarystudents;establishinginteruniversity collaborative talent co-cultivation models; strengthening the development of "Chinese + "courses and digital learning resources;andestablishinguniversityenterprisecollborativepracticebasestoachievespecializedandtargetedculivationfor interdisciplinary master's students in International Chinese Language Education.
