Abstract：Inviewofthediferentqualityevaluationmethodsof mastersthesisandtheimperfectsecuritysysteminthe backgroudofthenewtechnologysciencecross-integrationandcompoundtalenttrainingnewmodel.Inthispaper，a multidimensionalcomprehensiveevaluationmethodbasedonfuzzymatrixforthequalityofmastersthesisinnewenginering disciplinesisproposed.Aquantitativeevaluationmechanismandaqualityassurancesystemcoveringthequalityasuranceof thesisselection，iovativeness，workqualityandevaluationmechanismareconstructedThoughtheconstructionofthealuation mechanismandqualityassurancesystem，theproblemsofthesisqualityevaluationcausedbysubjectivefactorsareffectively solved，andtheshortcomingsoffairandimpartialthesisevaluationandimpefectsecuritysystemarenotguaranted.The researchresultsofthispapercanprovideareferenceforthequalityevaluationofnewengineeringmastersthesis，whichisof great significance for improving the quality of master's thesis and postgraduate management.
