Abstract:Inthe"Intemet+”era,hybridteachingof"onlineself-explorationcoupledwithoflineinteractivediscusion"is graduallybecomingthemainstreamteachingmodel,whichstllfacespracticalchalengessuchasalackofseamlessitegation betweenonlineandoffinecomponents,adearthofengagingonlinelearning formats,andmonotonousoffineteaching methodologies,allofwhichcontributetoinadeqatelearerpatcipation.Inlightofthisscenariothisstudyproposesahybrd teachingapproachthatintegratesadual-trackteacingteam,anAIpracticalplatform,andgroupcolaborativelearing.Taking thetrainingsessionsofsimulationteachingasacase,thisstudyapplesprofessionalsimulationplatformsandteaching efectivenessisassessedbyquestionnairesurveyandinterview.Thefindingsrevealthatthisstudyhasyieldedfavorableleaming outcomesintermsof enhancing learnerengagementandprovidesvaluableinsightsforhybridteachinginsimulationteaching. Furthermore,it has condensed common experience and holds reference significance.
