Abstract：Inthe"Intemet+”era，hybridteachingof"onlineself-explorationcoupledwithoflineinteractivediscusion"is graduallybecomingthemainstreamteachingmodel，whichstllfacespracticalchalengessuchasalackofseamlessitegation betweenonlineandoffinecomponents，adearthofengagingonlinelearning formats，andmonotonousoffineteaching methodologies，allofwhichcontributetoinadeqatelearerpatcipation.Inlightofthisscenariothisstudyproposesahybrd teachingapproachthatintegratesadual-trackteacingteam，anAIpracticalplatform，andgroupcolaborativelearing.Taking thetrainingsessionsofsimulationteachingasacase，thisstudyapplesprofessionalsimulationplatformsandteaching efectivenessisassessedbyquestionnairesurveyandinterview.Thefindingsrevealthatthisstudyhasyieldedfavorableleaming outcomesintermsof enhancing learnerengagementandprovidesvaluableinsightsforhybridteachinginsimulationteaching. Furthermore，it has condensed common experience and holds reference significance.
