Abstract：Undertheincreasinglydeepimplementationof the"ExcellentEngineerEducationand CultivationProgram"，the integrationofindustryandeducationhasbecomeakeypathwayforcultivatinghigh-qualityengineringandtechicaltalent.Tis paperconductsacomprehensivestudyofthetalentcultivation'modelunderthe"ExcelentEnginer”framework，analyzingits currentsituation，challenges，andsignificance.Itputsforwardthetargetedstrategies，suchasconstructingacolaborative educationmechanism，optimizingthecuriculumsystem，andstrengtheningtheteachingstaff，withtheaimofimprovingthe qualityofengineeingeducationanddeliveringexcelentenginersadaptedtotheneedsof industrialdevelopment，tuprooting China's development from a big engineering education country to a strong one.
