跨专业工科研究生助教在教学中的角色与功能探索

Abstract： Graduate teaching asistantsplayanimportantroleintheteaching andresearch work of universities.Inorderto metthemajornationalneeds，engineeringeducationinuniversiesmustcontinuallinovateinteachingmethodstocultivate profesionalswithasolidknowledgefoudationandaninternationalperspective.Accordingtothecurrentselectionandtraining systemforgraduateteachingasistantsindomesticuniversities，somegraduateteachingasistantsarerequiredtoenggeincross disciplinaryteaching.Againstthisbackdrop，theroleofcross-disciplinaryengineeringgraduateteachingasistantsinhigher educationhasbecomeincreasinglyrecognizedandvalued.Thispaper，basedontheauthor'steachingexperience，exploresthe rolesandfunctionsofengineringgraduateteachingasistantsineducationaswellastheadvantagesandchalengesfacedby cross-disciplinaryngineringgraduateteachingasistants.Onlybyfullyrecogniingtheuniqueadvantagesofcros-disciplinary engineringgraduate teachingasistantsandmakingfulluseoftheseadvantagesinpracticalteachingcanweinjectnewvitality into the development of higher education.
