Abstract：Theconstructionofcalculus knowledgegraphisof greatsignificance toimproving thequalityandefectoffirstclasscourseconstruction.Thispaperwillelaborateontheconstructionprocessofcalculusknowledgegraph，includingthekey stepssuchasatasourceselection，knowedgeetractionadrepresentation，knowedgecoelationandreasoingandsusis application intheconstructionoffirst-classcourses，such'asoptimizingcoursestructure，enriching teachingmethodsand providingpersonalizedleamingresources.Finall，thesafeguardmeasuresfortheconstructionofthecalculusknowledgegraphare proposed to ensure its effective implementation and sustainable development.
