本硕博贯通式培养模式下课程一体化建设探究
——以公共管理学学科为例

Abstract:Inthecontextof "Double FirstClass"constructionandintegratedcultivationof thesuccessve bachelor-masterdoctortrainingmode,itisincreasinglyimportanttostrengthenthecontinuity,systematicityandcompletenessofundergraduateand postgraduateteachingprocesses,andtocomprehensivelyimprovethequalityofcultiationandeficiencyofthecoursesinall phasesandsegments.Tedisciplineofpublicadministration,asanemergingdisciplinetocultivatepublicgovernancetalents, needstoactivelyexplorethesuccesivebachelor-master-doctortrainingmodeandpromotetheintegratedconstructionof curriculumunderthismode.Thispaperputsforwardtheconotationofthesuccessvebachelor-master-doctortrainingmodeof publicadministrationfromthethreeaspectsofcultivationgoal,curiculumsystemandcultivationmechanism,andfurtherputs forwardtecultivationgoalofthesuccesivebachelor-master-doctortrainingmodeofpublicadministrationfromthethreeaspects ofsetingupthecultivationgoalofthesuccessvebachelor-master-doctortrainingmodeofthedisciplineofpublic administration,determiningthecontentandstageoftheintegratedcuriculumsystemofthedisciplineofpublicadministration, andexploringthesupportingsystemandfacilitesfortereformoftheintegratedcurculumsystemoftedisciplineofpublic adminstration.Itproposestheconstructioncountermeasuresfortheintegratedcurriculumsystemofpublicadministrationto providepracticaltheoreticalgudancefortheconstructionoffrst-classdisciplinesinpublicadministrationandthecultivatioof integrated talents.
