Abstract:Thisstudyrespondstothedemandforversatileandelitephysicstalentsinthenewerabydevelopingadualdimensionaltrainingframeworkthatintegrates"comprehensivecultivation"with"interdisciplinaryfusion".Utilizingdatafromthe physicsdisciplineatNanjing UniversityofScienceandTechnology,theeficacyandgeneralizabilityofthisframeworkare substantiatedthroughcurriculummatrixanalysisandthetrackingoflearningoutcomes.Astructuredcurrculumprogresionis devisedtofacilitethespiraladvancementoftheknowedgesystem,whileaninterdisciplinaryplatformisestablishedtofoster integrationacross disciplines.Thestudyproposesinovationsincuriculumdesign,thebreakdownofdisciplinarysilos,anda mechanismforintegratingresearchandteachingineducation,oferingsolutionsforthenurturingofelitephysicstalentsand contributing a pragmatic model to the reform of higher education.
