Abstract：Theintegrationofengineringwithideologicalandpolitical teachingisaninevitablerequirementforenergy universitiestotrainstudentswithall-rounddevelopmentofmorals，intellgence，physicalfitness，aestheticsandservices. EngineeringEthicsandRiskDecision-makingcourseundertakestheimportanttaskofideologicalandpoliticaleducationof petroleumengineeringmajors.Itisalsoanimportantapplicationscenarioofethicalknowledgeextensionofideologicaland political education majors.Theteachingcontent，teachingcasesandteaching methodshavebeenrebuildbasedonthediferences inthecharacteristicsandtrainingobjectivesofengineringandliberalartsmajors.Ateachingsystemwiththeintegrationof ethicalknowledgeandengineeringcaseshasbeenformed.Thismodecouldenhancestudentsunderstandingofethicalknowledge andaplicationscenarios，improvetheclasroomteachingeffect.Itcanrealizethepurposeofcross-cooperationeducation between engineering and liberal arts.
