Research on Strategies for Enhancing Subjective Well-Being of College Students Through Physical Exercise

In order to solve this problem,this research starts from the perspective of physical exercise and deeplyanalyzes the correlation between colege students' physical exercise and their subjective well-being,as wellas the roleof physical exercise in positive psychologicalcapital. And it also focuses on how to promote the positive psychological capital of college students through physical exercise,and then enhance their subjective wellbeing. It is expected to provide a more solid theoretical basis and practical guidance for universities to improve physical education and mental health education,and helpcolege students better cope with various stressors and enjoya more positive and healthy colege life.
