Explorationof the Reform Path of Aerobics Teaching in Middle Schools Based on Project-Based Learning

[Abstract] With the continuous advancement of education reform,the traditional teaching mode ofaerobics has gradually revealed its own shortcomings,especiall in improving students' enthusiasmand interest in participation. Project-based learming (PBL),as anovel teaching method,emphasizes students'active participation and teamwork, which can effectively improve the existing problems in aerobics teaching.This paper delves into the reform path of aerobics teaching based on PBL,analyzes the problems existing in traditional teaching,such as low enthusiasm of students'participation,monotonous teaching content,andtraditional roleof teachers,and proposesaplantoehance students'sense of participation and practiceability through project-based practical teaching planning.Research shows that PBLcan not only improve students'aerobics skils,but also strengthen their innovative thinking,teamwork awarenessand cultural identity.Finaly,this paper conducts a comprehensive discusionon the role transformation of teachers and the innovationofcurriculum content,inorder to promote the reformand innovation ofaerobics teaching in middle schools.
