[Abstract] Based onliterature researchand logical analysis，this paper conducts an in-depth research onthe current situationoftraininginovativebasketbaltalents，andfindsthattherearfollowingdiicultiessuchasistitutionalbaries andresource imbalance，single training mode，and insuicient innovation motivation.Atthesame time，italso faces multiple opportunities suchas policysupportand strategic orientation，scientificand technological empowerment and digital transformation，andinternationalexchangeandcooperation.Inresponsetotheabove isses，thefollwing paths forcultivating innovative basketballtalents in theneweraareproposed： It breaks down the institutional bariers and optimizes the allcation of resources； It innovates training mode to promote diversified development； It strengthens scientific and technological empowerment，and promotes digital transformation.
