[Abstract] Under thebackgroundof digital transformation，virtual sports events，asan emergingformof sports，are gradually becoming an important part of the sports industry. In the processof activelyseizing the opportunity and developing virtualsports events，Hebei Province is facing problemssuchas scatered governance subjects，an incomplete rule system，andalack ofregulatory mechanisms.Theaimof thisresearch is toproposeamodel forcollaborative governance among the government，enterprises，asociations，and the public，and to explore its development path in depth，with the aim of providing references for promoting the healthyand sustainable development of virtual sports events.
