Miyun Campus of Capital University of Economics and Business，Beijing，1O15oo China [Abstract] This studyadopts various methods suchas literature review，logical reasoning，and expert interviews todeply explorethe practicallogicand implementation pathsof integrating ideologicalandpolitical educationintophysicalducation courses i asistingtheconstructionofLide Shuren inuniversities.Thestudyfirst examines theinternallogicofintegating ideologicalandpoliticaleducationintophysicaleducationcouses toasistintheconstructionofLdeShureninunivesities， andthenanalyzes themainproblems existing incurrentcourse-basedideologicalandpoliticaleducation，includingunclear goals fortheimplementationofideologicalandpolical education incourses，theneed toimproveideologicalandpolical educatiocapabiltiesof teachers，incomplete evaluationmechanisms forideologicalandpolitical education incouses，and insuficientexplorationofideologicalandolitical elements.inaly，itproposespracticalcountermeasures fromaspects such as clearcurriculumgoals，improvementofteachers'ideologicaland political educationcapabilities，establishmentof a sound evaluation systems，and exploration of ideological and political elements in depth.
