Process,Logic and Path of the Integrated Development of School Physical Education and Health in China

[Abstract] With the implementation of policies such as the "Healthy China 2O3o" plan,the integration of school physical educationand health development has been significantly deepened.It takes the improvement of students' physicaland mental healthas thecore,expands theconnotationofphysical educationcurriculumaccordingly.This study deply analyzes thelogical basis of the integration of school physical education and health from three aspects: the logic of policy promotion,the internal needs of theintegrationof educationand health,and the feasibilityof curriculum integration,and proposes theoptimization pathon this basis.The specific paths includethe following aspects:firstly, it integrates educational resources and optimizes curiculum,promotes the organic integrationof multidisciplinary teachingandstrengthens thefectiveintegrationofresources insideandoutsidetheshool; Secondly,itestablishesa long-term mechanism for health literacy improvement,thepromotionof diversified sportsactivities;The third is to build a healthy campus culture and improve the relevant support system. These strategies are conducive to creating a favorable environment to support the healthy developmentof students on and off campus and laying asolid foundationfor their long-term improvement in health literacy.
