Research on the Improvement Path of Adolescent Students' Endurance Quality from the Perspective of Sports and Education Integration

Henan Industry and Trade Vocational College, Zhengzhou, Henan Province,45oooo China [Abstract] To explore the current predicament and improvement paths ofadolescent students' endurance quality from the perspective of sports and education integration,this research adopted methods such as literature review andlogical analysis toanalyze in-depth therelevant factors thatrestrictthe developmentofadolescents'endurance quality from four perspectives: individual,school,family,and society.Theresearch results showthat at present, the endurance quality of adolescents in China is generally weak.The main reasons for this phenomenon are: weak subjective willingnessof students,single teaching methods in schools,insufficient attention from families,and health concerns brought about by social development and technological progress.Based on this,the following improvement paths proposed include:adolescents should stimulate their internal motivation and enhance their willingness to participate; schools should fostera positive atmosphere,improve the curiculum system,and enrich competition activities;families should create a positive and supportive environment; society should provide high-quality resource guarantees.
