Abstract： This article focuses on exploring the transformation and upgrading pathways of entrepreneurship and innovation education in thedigitalera.Itanalyzes theconnotations and characteristicsof thedigitaleraand entrepreneurshipandinnovation education，elaborates on the key elementsof thetransformationof entrepreneurship and inovation education，and proposes a series of upgrading strategies，aiming to provide feasible solutions for cultivating entrepreneurship and innovation talents that align with the trend of the times.
