Abstract： In the context of the Internet era，this paper discusses the development path of file management technology innovation.First，itanalyzesand points outthe problems existing intraditionalarchives management，such as inconsistentdatastandards，decentralizedstorage，insuficientdatavaluemining，lowsecurityriskandinteligence， and thenproposes an innovativepath based on the "Internet plus"perspective，including establishing aunified digital archives standard system，building adistributed management system based on cloud computing，applying big data to strengthen data analysis，using blockchain to improve security，and introducingartificial intellgence to improve the level of intelligence，so as to achieve the modernization of archives management and efcient services.
