Abstract： Firstly，a brief introduction to the composition of amulti-beam satelite mobile communication system is given.Due tothecomplexityofconventionalservicecommunication processes insuch system，asimpleandefficient real-time emergency communication mechanism is proposed.The proposed emergency communication mechanism is elaborated in detail， along with a specific implementation process.
