Abstract: Firstly,a brief introduction to the composition of amulti-beam satelite mobile communication system is given.Due tothecomplexityofconventionalservicecommunication processes insuch system,asimpleandefficient real-time emergency communication mechanism is proposed.The proposed emergency communication mechanism is elaborated in detail, along with a specific implementation process.
