源网荷储安全共治及电网协同安全服务机制研究

Research on the Co governance of Source Grid Load Storage Safety and the Collaborative Safety Service Mechanism of Power Grid

Abstract: On November 7,2024, State Grid Suzhou Power Supply Company completed its first demonstration projectof "allelectric shared benefit carport", which significantly improved chargingsafetyand management efficiency throughanintegrated platformoflightstorageandcharginganddigitalmanagement technology,providingapractical example for thecollaborative governance of source grid load storage.The article focuses on the security governance of the new power system,analyzes the importance and basic mechanism of source grid load storage collaborative management, and proposes to achieve efficient collaboration and risk control among multiple parties through information sharing,colaborative scheduling,and risk sharing.As thecentral hub of the system,the power grid company has mature dual prevention mechanisms,inteligent monitoring platforms,and rich emergency management experience,which can provide safety service output for various entities of the source network load storage,and enhance the safety management capabilties of vulnerable entities.Research hasshown that a sound source grid load storage collaborative governance system is the key to the safe operation of new power systems.The collaborative management model and service mechanism proposed in the article provide theoretical support and practical reference for promoting systematic and standardized security governance.
