Abstract: This paper discusss how to build a new model that meets the requirements of "432l" applied talents training through the multi synergy of government,enterprises and schools under the background of "Internet plus" integration of industryand education.The purpose is to comprehensively improve the professional skils and social adaptabilityofmedicallaboratorytechnologyprofessonals through diversified traininggoal seting,dynamiccurriculum systemconstruction,interactive teachingactivitydesign,shared educational resource integrationand comprehensive teaching evaluation mechanism.

1 “4321”应用型人才的核心内涵及价值

“4321”模式是针对应用型人才培养提出的一种框架性概念,“4321”应用型人才培养模式—“4”代表四方主体,包括教师、学生、学校、企业,他们共同参与人才培养的全过程;“3”为三个平台:校内实践平台、校外实习平台、创新创业平台,合力提高学生的实践应用能力;“2”为两个支撑:以技能竞赛及社会服务为支撑,依托专业核心课程助力应用型人才的培养;“1”为一个核心:以应用型人才培养为核心。(剩余4017字)
