Curriculum Reform of Artificial Intelligence Technology and Applications inSmartCities

Abstract:Artificial inteligence is leading technological innovationand socialdevelopment changes,promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,and having a profound impact on China's innovation driven development strategy and the cultivation of innovative talents.Combining the current situation of artificial intelligencecourses intransportationmajorsathomeandabroad,"ArtificialIntellgence TechnologyandApplications in Smart Cities" guides students to master the core concepts and architecture of smartcities and smart transportation through general education,and enhances their ability to use artificial intelligence to address infrastructure constructionchallenges.Thecoursefocusesonthecultivationofskilledtalents inartifcialintelligence,andthrough interdisciplinary industry education integrationand collaborative education models,constructs a characteristic curiculumclusterinthe fieldof transportation,promotes the deepintegrationofartificial intelligence technologyand multidisciplinary education,and responds to the demand for talent cultivation innew engineering disciplines.This article analyzes the problems in the existing currculum system and proposes specific improvement measures,aiming to cultivate more high-endartificial intellgence talents thatmeet social needs througheducationalinnovation,and contribute to the construction and development of smart citiesin China.
