Abstract: With the rapid development of digital technology,new media has emerged as anew force,and the way information is diseminatedhas undergone earth shaking changes.The marketshareof traditional media is gradually being eroded bynewmedia,resulting inadecrease inuseractivityandretentionrates,andasharp increase inbusiness pressure.This article argues thatthe widespread application ofbigdata technologyalso provides new possibilities for the transformationand developmentof traditional media.Traditional media needs to clarifythechalenges they face and take practical and effective measures from multiple dimensions to achieve self transformation.
