Suggestions for Handling the SOE Timeout Alarm Issue in HollySys ZHUYinhui

Abstract: Given the complexity of various process controls in the production and operation sites of industrial and mining enterprises,and the inability of general alarm records and historical trends to make accurate accident analysis,SOEeventrecording has become anessential functionand is widelyused in fields such as power generation and chemical engineering. Once an accident occurs,it canaccurately record the time of occurrence,the interval sequencebetweenthefirsteventandthechainevent,andquicklyandaccuratelyidentifythecauseoftheaccident. The most basic principle oftheaccident recallsystem for the HollySysDCS controlsystem is tocalibrate the time to the minimum control station with good dual network performance.However,some SOE modules have timeout alarms. This article explores how to solve the problem of SOE module timeout alarms through on-site testing.
