Abstract：With the promotion of performance evaluation in public hospitals and the implementation of DIP paymentreform，as wellas the efciencyandaccuracyof medical record management，are crucial for improvingthe qualityof medical services，which directly afects whether medical institutions can obtain the benefits they deserve. How to improve the eficiency of medical record management while ensuring the quality of medical record writing has become an urgent problem that medical institutions need to solve.This article takes the use of paperless archiving system in D Hospital in Baotou City as a case study to summarize the application of paperless archiving system in medical record management，and uses this technology to optimize the medical record management process and the qualityof medical record writing.The study adopted acase analysis method toanalyze the efectiveness of the paperless archiving system after practical application.Ontheone hand，the medicalrecord management processefore and after paperless archiving was compared，and the optimized medical record management process improved the fciency of medicalrecord management.Onthe other hand，theuse ofpaperless archiving systems can assist in the quality control of terminal medical recordsand improve thequalityof medical record writing. In summary， withthe helpof a paperlessarchiving system， not onlycan the medical record management processbe optimized，butitcan also continue to have a positive impact on the improvement of the quality of medical record writing.
