Research on Trusted Management of Electronic Archives and Document： under the Background of Digital Transformation

Abstract： The wave of digital transformation and the shift towards "single system" have brought new ideas， concepts，and challenges to trustworthy electronic archives and document management.Only byre examining the authenticity，compliance，and security issues faced by electronic archives and document management work under the newsituation，transforming the management mode，and exploringatrustworthy document managementsystem in combination with emerging technological means，can we further promote the transformation of archive work. This article combines the currnt development status and needs of electronic archives and document work of China Clasification Society，and proposes trustworthy management strategies for electronic archives and documents from the perspectives of management subject， management object，and management technology. It also puts forward prospects and exploration directions for optimizing future archive business.
