Discussion on the Construction of a Judicial Fairness Risk Prevention and Control System Based on Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Technology

Abstract： This article explores the construction of a judicial justice risk prevention and control system based on big dataandartificial intelligence technology：with bigdataas thecore，a systemarchitecture is built，and through technologiessuchasbigdataanalysis，naturallanguage processing，artifcialinteligence，andtheintegrationofdiverse heterogeneous data，business risk modelsand subsystems such as procedural riskanalysis，evidential risk analysis， case judgmentresult riskanalysis，handlingof legalandlitigationrelated petitioncases，lawenforcementsupervision case evaluation，commutationand parolecase risk analysis，and judicialasistanceplatformareconstructed toachieve accurate identification，early warning，andcomprehensive preventionandcontrolof lawenforcement and judicialrisks. The constructionofthis system aims toadress the painpoints oflow informatization，lowsupervisioneficiency，and incomplete risk warning mechanisms in traditional law enforcement and judicial supervision，create a new supervision modelof "data-driven+intellgent srvices"，improvethequalityand efciencyof intelligentsupervision，enhancehe level of judicial fairness，and promote the construction of a rule of law society.
