Abstract： This paperanalyzes the demand for talent cultivation brought about bythe digital transformation of the construction industry.According to the characteristics of talentcultivation in construction enginering，it proposes the applicationmethodsofdigital technologyinthecultivationofconstructionengineering talents，aiming toinovate the talentcultivation mode，improve the professional leveland comprehensivequalityof construction personnel，and provide a talent guarantee for the digital development of construction engineering.
