Abstract： The application of big data technology in the field of food safety supervision is increasingly extensive， providing a new path for building a more efficient and accurate food safety supervision system. This article analyzes common problems in the food safety supervision system and proposes the construction of a new model of food safety supervision based on big data， so as to effectively improve the efficiency of food safety supervision and protect public health.
