Abstract： Colorperceptionabilityisanimportant foundationforhumancognitionof the world，developmentofaesthetics， andexpresionof emotions.Ithassignificantregularityintheearlystagesofchildhood development.This articleisbasedon thetheoriesof developmentalpsychologyandarteducation，combinedwiththephysiologicaldevelopmentcharacteristicsand cognitivedevelopmentleveloflowergradestudents，anddividesthedevelopmentofcolorperceptionabilityinthisstagentothe "intuitiveandconcreteperceptionstage"intheearlystageoflower grade（6-7yearsold）andthe"preliminarydiferentiationand associativepereptionstage"inthe midle stageoflower grade（7-8yearsold）.Byanalyzing thecorecharacteristicsof color perceptionintoages，icdingtheforsofexpressionogitivechracteristicsandinuencingfactors，thissudyeals thedevelopmentlogicofcolorperceptioninlowergradestudentsfrom"passvereception"to"activecorrelation"，providing theoreticalsupportandpracticalreferencefortehierarchicaldesignandpreciseguidanceofcolor teachinginprimaryschoolart education.
