Abstract：This paper focuseson the visual expression mechanism ofcolorlanguage in paper-cut art，andconducts research fromthreeaspects：basiccognition，oremechanisms，andcontemporarytransformation.Firstlyitsortsoutthecosient elements，culturalorigins，andadaptabilityofmaterialsandtechniquesofpaper-cutcolors，clarifyingthelogicofteirtraditional accumulation;thenitanalyzes theoperationpathsofthefourcoremechanismsofcolorcontrast，symbolism，harmonyand composition，larifgteiretlawsofsalexpresson;fialltxplsteeexpasionandiovaieacisof contemporarypaper-cutcolors，analyzestheineritancedilemmas，andputsforwardoptimizationsuggestions.Theresearchims to revealtheaestheticvalueandculturalconnotationofpaper-cutcolorlanguag，providetheoreticalsupportforitscontemporary transformation and inheritance，and enrich the research system of color expression in traditional folk art.
