Abstract：In modernofice space，employees are ina fixed environment foralong time，which is prone to psychological presureandvisualfatigue.Thedemandforoficeenvironment optimizationisincreasinglyurgent.Thepurposeof this studyis to explorethesignificanceandpracticalstrategiesoftheappicationofcolorpsychlogyinoicespacedesign，inordertosolve the problemof insuficient environmentalcoloradaptability.Theresearch combines therelevant theoriesofcolor psychology andenvironmental psychology，supplementedbycaseanalysisandchart evidence，andclarifies theroleofcolorpsychology in regulating employees'emotions，improving employees'workconcentrationand improving the spaceatmosphere.It is hopedthat theresearchresultscanprovidepracticalreference forofice spacedesignand planning，helpcreatecomfortableandeffcient office scenes，and promote the adaptation of ofice environment to employees' psychological needs.
