Abstract：This studyadoptsthe traditional costumes ofthe Pingwu Baima Tibetan ethnic group asacase，focusing on thecolor andpatern system to explore feasible pathways forthecontemporarytransformationof ethnic culturalresources.Based on culturaldecodingitinterpretsthearrativelogicofolorandaalyesthetypes，ompositionandcootationsofptes.A visualtranslationframeworkof“narrativedecoding-geneextraction-translationandreconstruction”isestablishedandverified through the design practiceofthe brand“WhiteFeather Celebrating Spring”.Theresults demonstrate thatthis framework efectively promotes the creative transformation andvalue regeneration of cultural symbols，forming an operableparadigm fromcultural interpretationtodsigngeneration，and providesamethodologicalreferenceforsimilarethnicculturaliovation practices.
