Abstract：Asthe formsofofice work and theconceptsof work continue toevolve，the functionofcolor inoffce spaces hasgraduallytranscendedtheaestheticlevel，beginngtoparticipateinthedeeperconstructionofspatialexperiencesand organizationalexpresion.Real-world practiceshaveshownthattraditionalcolorstrategies，whichprimarilyfocusonregulatory controlandvisualdecoration，arenolongersuffcienttometdiverseusage neds.Drawingfromchangesinthelogicofcolor expression，thearticleshiftsitsfocusfromdesigntopracticalaproaches，exploringhowcolorintervenes inareas suchas behavioralguidance，psychological perception，andorganizational image formation.Itrevealsthesignificanttrendofcolor moving fromasubordinate elementtoaspatiallanguage，providing arealisticframework forcontemporaryoficespacecolor design.
