Abstract：Traditional publicartrelies onstatic physical materials.Digital mediatransforms colorinto flowing "lightcolor，" fundamentallaltering viewing paterns.This paper explores howsuch immaterialcolor dissolves boundariesbetweenartworks， spaces，andindividuals.Byanalyzinghowluminouscolorblursphysicaledges，responds toreal-timebodilyinteractions，and conectsstrangersthroughlightransmision，thestudyreveals thatflowinglightcolortransformspublicartintoaninteractive medium.This shift reshapes interpersonal relationships，bringing novelaestheticexperiences and psychological belonging to modern urban spaces.
