Abstract：Thisarticletakes thenational intangibleculturalheritage，LiangpingwoodblockNewYearpaintings，asanexample. Fromthe perspectiveof intangibleculturaleritageinheritance，itfocusesontheprotectionof tsuniquecolortechniques thedesignofculturalcreativeproducts.This articlereviewsthesemi-printedsemi-paintedcraftsmanshipofLiangping woodblock New Yearpaintingsitscolorsystemcharacteristics，analyingtheculturalconotationvisual expressiveess of high saturation strong contrast colors.It pointsoutthe problems existing intheinheritanceofLiangping woodblock New Year paintings.Thearticle proposes a cultural creative design method based on "intangible cultural heritage as the foundation，otionstheplicatioaddsuesrategiessuchsetractingcorecolorstrasfoingcuralsbols， integratingthemwithreal-lfescenarios，analyzingtheminconjunction withexisting products.Itaimstoachievecultural inheritance regenerationofLiangping woodblock New Year paintings through systematiccolor technique protection， inovative cultural creative product development，diverseinheritance methodssuchaseducation，enterprises， digitalization.Italso providesan efective reference fortheinheritance protection of intangible cultural heritage.
