Abstract：AgainstthebackdropofthecontinuousexpansionofcrossbordertradeundertheBeltandRoad Initiative，minor languagetalentshaveupgradedfromtheirtraditionalauxiliaryroletoacoreelementincreatingcommercialvalue.Theirvalue isnotonlyreflectedinreducingcommunicationcostsandpreventingtraderisks，butalsoinhelpingenterprisesexplore incrementalmarketsbyaccuratelymeetingmarketdemandsandintegratingintolocalbusinessecosystems.Theessenceof the current imbalancebetween talentsuppyanddemandliesinthestructuraldisconnectionbetweencommercialneedsand educationalsupply.Itisnecesarytotakeenterpriseneedsastheorentationandbuildanintegratedecosystemfeaturinginustry educatiointegration，preisealloationandechologicalclaborationtoreleasetheptentialoftalentsWithtedevelot ofnewformsofbusinesssuchasdigitaltradeinthefuture，minorlanguagetalentsnedtotransforminto"businessstrategy partners".Enterprises，universities，andgovernentsshouldworktogethertomakethematradelinkandvalueengine，supporting the improvement of the global competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.
