Abstract:Pharmaceuticalcoldchainindustryhasbeensuferingfromhighcost,highenergyconsumption,highcarbonemissionsandotherproblems.Basedonthetraditionalpharmaceuticalcoldchaindistributionmodel,thearticleconsiderstheconstraints suchastimewindow,loadcapacity,carbonemissions,monetizes thecarbonemisionswiththecarbontaxmecanism, andconstructsamathematicalmodelwiththecarbonemisioncost,fixedcost,transportationcost,pharmaceuticalcargodamagecost,refrigerationcostasthetotalditributioncost.Atthesametime,accordingtothecharacteristicsofthemodeland thesituationthatthetraditionalgeneticalgorithmiseasiertoenterthelocaloptimum,thepaperfurteroptimizesthcrossoverandmutationoperators,andmeanwhile,importsthesimulatedanealingalgorithm,andputsforwardahybridgeneticalgorithmcombining thegeneticalgorithmandsimulatedannealingalgorithm.Finaly,throughsolving thecaseof theHpharmaceuticalenterprise,thearticlecomparesthetradionalgeneticalgorithmandtheimprovedgeneticalgorithm,andtheresult showsthattheoptimizedgeneticalgorithmfindsabeterdistributionpathcomparedwiththetraditionalgeneticalgorithm,and ithasasignificantefectonreducingthetotaldistributioncostandcarbonemissoncost,whichissuitableforsolvingtheoptimization problem of cold chain path for pharmaceutical distribution.
