Abstract：Thispaperintroducesthespiloverefectofrecylingefortsandconstructsadual-channelreversesupplychaincomposed ofmanufacturers，recyclersandplatforms.Byestablishingagamemodelwith/withoutplatforms，theoptimaldecisionunder each platformmodeisanalyzedandsolved.Thestudyfindsthattheplatformmodelhelpsmanufacturersandrecyelerstoset lowerrecyclingprices，therebyimprovingtheoverallrecyclingfciency.Inthenon-platformmode，iftherecyclercosesto introducetheplatform，itsprofitisafectedbythedegreeofcompetitionintherecyclingmarketandthestrengthofthe spillvereffct.Basedontheprspetiveofenterpriseperformance，themanufacturerplatformmodelcanrealizethecolaborative optimization and value improvement of the whole supply chain.
