Abstract：Inmodenenterprises，workingcapitalasthelifebloodoftheenterprise'sproductionandoperationisoneofthecore contentsofenterprisefinancialmanagement.Whetheranenterprisecancarryoutefectiveworkingcapitalmanagementplaysa crucialroleinthedevelopmentoftheenterprise'sbusinessactivities.Theworkingcapitalmanagementsysteminthehome applianceindustryisevolvingtowardsfull-processintellgenceandautomation.Thedigitalinovationofthesupplychainhas efectivelyenhancedtheeficiencyofenterprises'workingcapitalmanagementbyoptiizingtheeficiencyofcapitalalocation. Thisarticleselects CompanyH，whichhasarelatively maturedigitaltransformationinthe homeapliance industry，asthe researchobject.Takingitsrelevantfinancialdatafrom2019to2O24assamples，itanalyzesandexaminestheproblemsof the enterpriseinworkingcapitalmanagementfromthedualperspectivesofelementsandchanels，andproposescountermeasures.
