Abstract：TosystematicallreviewtheresearchtrajectoryinthefieldofportsafetymanagementinChina，revealresearchhotspots andfrontiertrends，andsupportthedevelopmentofportsafetypractices，abibliometricanalysisisconductedusingCiteSpaceon 300jouralarticlesidexedinCNKIfrom1990to2024.Quantitativemethodsincludingannualpublicationstatistics，keyord co-occurrence，keywordclustering，keywordbursts，andtimelinemapingareemployedtodisecttheevolutionarypathof the field.Thefindingsdemonstratethattheresearchprocessin China'sportsafetymanagementisdividedintothreestages：the incipientstage（1990-2001），therapidgrowthstage（2002-2014），andtheboomingdevelopmentstage （2015-2024）.Hotspot themesarefoundtofocusonsixmajordirectionssuchasfundamentaltheoriesofportsafetymanagement，instutionalmechanisms， hazardousmaterialssafetyandmodelconstruction，andthelike.Thekeyword"SafetyManagement"receiveswidespreadaetion， while"Smartorts，Problms，Strategies"aridentifiedasurrntresearchotsotsutureadvancemetissugestdtobepurd through twopathways：multidisciplinaryintegrationandinnovation，andtheconstructionofolaborativeresearchnetworks.Key researchdirectiosareproposedtofocusonrisk managementandcontrolinsmartports，portsafetyresiliene，prtsafetypefoance， occupatinalhealthandsafety，andsafetystrategiesunderthedualcarbongoals.Thefindingsofertheoreticalreferencesfor research in the field of port safety management.
