企业战略调整下供应链风险水平的变化研究

Abstract：Inthedynamicallcompetitivemarketenvironment，theimpactcorporatestrategicadjustmentonsupplychainrisk isgaininggrowingatention.BasedonthedataChineseA-sharelistedcompaniesfrom2O08to2023，thisstudyconstructs quantificationindicatorsforsupplychainrisklevelsandthedegreeofcorporatestrategicchanges.Itempiricallyexaminesthe mechanism ofstrategicadjustment'simpactonsupplychainrisk.Thefindingsindicateasignificant positivecorelationbetween thedegreeofcorporatestrategicchangesandsupplychainrisk levels;thelargerthestrategicadjustment，thehighertheriskof supplyanddemandimbalanceinthesupplychain.Theconclusionremainsrobustafteraseriesofrobustness tests，including replacingexplanatoryvariables，controlingforfiedefects，andconsideringindstryeterogeneityTisaperersoetical foundations and practical insights for enterprises to optimize strategic decisions and balance supply chain stability.
