扩大国内需求的财税政策研究新能源汽车产业

Abstract：Thispaper focusesonthenewenergyvehicle（NEV）industrycomprehensivelyanalyzing theroleoffiscalandtax policiesinexpandingdomesticdemand.Througha literaturereview，relevantresearch findingsathomeandabroadareorganized. CombiningcasestudiesoffiscalandtaxpoliciesintheNEVindustry，thispaperdelvesintotheimpactmechanisms，effects， andexisting issuesof thesepoliciesonindustrial development.Thestudyfinds thatreasonablefiscalandtaxpoliciescan efectivelystimulateconsumerdemandforNEVs，drivingtechnologicalinnovationandscaleexpansionoftheindustryHowever， therearealsoisuessuchasinadequatepolicyimplementationandover-relianceonsubsidies.Basedonthesefindings， recommendationsareproposed，including improvingthe fiscalandtaxpolicysystemand strengthening policysupervision，to provide references for further expanding domestic demand.
