基于服务蓝图3.0的物流服务流程优化研究

Abstract:Withtheadventoftheintellgenterathetraditinalserviceprocesofdomesticlogisticsenterprisesisalsofacing thechalengesofthetimes.Byanalyzingtheserviceprocessoftraditionallogisticsenterprises,thispaperfindsthathereare problemssuchassingleservicemodeandlaging feedback mechanism.Basedonthedynamic interactionconceptof multiorganizationcollaborationinServiceBlueprint3.O,thispaperclarifiesthoptimizationdirectionofthelogisticsserviceproe, andproposesfourimplementationpaths:optimizingthewholeprocesscontact,integratingtheresouresofthelogisticsservice ecosystem,technologyinvestmentanddigitalupgrading,andestablishinganabnormalearlywarningmechanism.Itaimstotreat theserviceoflogisticsenterprisesasadynamiccosystem,andunderthecolaborativecoperationofmultipleorganizationsand real-timeiterationofervicedataenterprisescanmovetowardsintellgenceandcollboration,solveheshoromingsoftraditioal servicecharacteristcs,andopenupnewwaysofoptimization,soastofundamentallimprovetheserviceeficiencyofenterprises and optimize user experience.
