Abstract：Inthecontextofthedepintegrationofthedigitaleconomyandcapitalmarkets，blockchainsmartcontracts，asa tolfortechnologicaliovationhavebecomeincreasinglysignificantinteirimpactoninformationeficiencyincapitalarkets. Basedontheoriesofinformationeconomicsandblockchaintechnology，thispaperconstructsananalyticalframework fromthree dimensionsofinformationisclosure，transmsionndverificatio，toxplorehowsartontracts，troughtchicalhaacteristics suchasautomatedexecutiondecentralizedstorage，andtransparentrules，exertultidimensionalimpactsoninformationeficiency incapitalmarkets.Thestudyfindsthatsmartcontractshavesignificantadvantagesinimprovinghequalityofinformationdisclosure， shorteninginformationtransmisionchais，andreducinginformationverificationcostsMeanwhile，theyalsofacechalengessuch astechnicalmaturityandregulatoryadaptability.Thispaperprovidesatheoreticalreferenceforunderstandingthecollaborative developmentofblockchaintechnologyandcapitalmarkets，contributingtobuildingamoreeficientandtransparentinformation ecosystem in capital markets.
