Abstract：Withtheimprovementofpeople'sliving standards，themarketdemandforcoldchainlogisticsservicesisincreasing daybydayindicatingtattiidustryillveabroadergowthspace.Basedoneeorecalframeworkofsteaics， thispaperincorporatestheproductiondelaydistributiondelayoffruitsandvegetablesandthetemperaturechangeofthecold chainintothesystemdynamicsmodel，andquantitativelyanalyzestheirimpactonthefluctuationofdemanddistortion.efeing tothedatainthecoldchainnetworksofmuliplefreshagriculturalproductenterprisesoffruitsandvegetables，adynamicnteraction modelicludingthreecoreelementsofretailerssuppliersandproducersisconstructed.Simulationanalysisisconductedusing Vensimsoftware，anditisfoundthatthereisaphenomenonofdemanddistortionamplficationininventoryandsalesvolumein thecoldchainsystem.Inthesimulationresultsafteradjustingtheparameters，itisdiscoveredthatshorteningthedeliverydelay to 3 days can reduce inventory by 20% and increase sales forecast by 10%
