Abstract：WiththerapiddevelopmentofInterettechnologythe-commerceindustryhasbecomeakeyforcetopromoteonomic growthandtheeficiencyofthee-commercelogisticsidustrywhichiscloselyconnectedwithit，hasanimportantipacton thee-commerceindustry.ThedevelopmentofecommercelogisticsindustryinNorthernChinaandNortheasternChinaisrelated toregional economiccoperationandtheimprovementofnationale-commercelogisticsnetwork．Thispaperuses theentropy methodtobuildanevaluationsystemcoveringthethre citeriaofstructure，marketandresources，measurestheeficiencyofe commercelogisticsindustryinNorthernChinaandNortheasternChinafrom2O14to2023，andanalyzesitsspatialcorelation with the help of Global Moran's I andLocal Moran's I. The study finds that the e -commerce logistics efficiency value of most provinces showedanupwardtrendwiththe growthofyears，Global Moran'sIwasnegativeinmostyears，andLocalMoran scaterplotshowedthatthecollbrativedevelopmentofmostprovinceswasinsuffcientAcordingtotheresearchresults，this paperputs forwardaseriesofsugestionsonoptimizingtheeficiencyofeommerelogisticsandstrengtheningregioalcoodination， soas to promotethehighqualitydevelopmentof e-commerce logistics industryin Northern ChinaandNortheasternChina.
