城市能源产业链低碳转型路径的分析

——以保定市为例

Abstract：Duringaciticalperidofsustainedandhigh-qualityeonomicdevelopment，achievingthedual-carbongoalsstilfaces significantchalenges.Taking Baoding Cityasanexample，thispaperrevealsthatcoalaccountsforthehighestproportioninits energyconsumption，surpasingthenationalaverage.Meanwhile，theconsumptionofnewenergyelectricityhasbeenincreasing anually，withsolarenergydemonstratinganotableadvantage.However，thecity'stotalcarbonemisionshavealsoberising yearbyyear，primarilydriven byindustrialproduction.Basedonananalysisofthecurrentsituation，thispaperproposes recommendationssuchascontinuouslypromotingthetransformationoftheenergystructure，implementingmultiplemeasuresto enhancenergyeficiency，comprehensivelyadjustingemissonsinthetransportationsector，graduallyimprovingtheenergy efciencyofurbanplanning，strenghennggreenfinanceandfisaltols，ndfosteringanall-encompassnglow-carbonegulatory environment.These suggestions aim to provide acertain reference forthe green and low-carbon transition of urban energy.
