Abstract:Asessng theurgencyofnedsindisaster-affectedareasiscrucialforenhancing China'searthquakeemergency responseandrescuecapabities.Basedonthecharacterisicsofearthquakedisasters,thedegreeofdisaster,environmental factors,materialneeds,anddemographicfactorsareselectedasprimaryevaluationindicators toestablishacomprehensiveand targetedevaluationindexsystemfortheurgencyofneedsatdisastersites.Animprovedentropyweight-TOPSIS methodisadopted forobjectiveandacurategrading.Throughempiricalresearch,therankingresultsoftheurgencyofnedsatvariousdisaster sitesareobtained,providingpowerfuldecisionsupportforemergencymanagementdepartmentstoformulateeficientmaterial distributinplanswithlimitedrescueresources.Italsooferscertaintheoreticalreferencesandpracticalinsightsforfuture emergency response and rescue work in earthquake disasters.

地震作为一种自然发生的灾害,因其突发性和极具破坏力的特性,常常给人类社会造成大量的人员伤亡以及巨大的经济损失,21世纪起,我国经历了多次大规模的地震灾害,地震灾害发生后对应急物资的分配是对国家应急管理能力考验的一个重要因素,科学规划应急物资调度方案对于降低灾害损失、提升救援效率至关重要。(剩余4719字)
