Abstract：AgainstthebackdropofimplementingthepolicyoftheNewWestemnLand-Sea Corrdor，Guangxi，asbothatransportationhubandadirectbeneficiaryofthepolicy，hasreceivedconsiderableatention.However，howthepolicyhasaffected Guangxi'slogisticsperformancehasbecomeanurgentisuetoaddress.Thispaperemploys thePropensityScore MatchingDiferenceinDiferences（PSM-DID）methodtoevaluatethecausalefectsoftepolicyontheaccessbilityandoperational fficiencyoftheregionallogisticssystem.TheempiricalresultsshowthattheimplementationofthecoridorpolicyhassignificantlyimprovedGuangxi'slogisticsperformance，withaparticularlypronouncedefectonimportlgistics.egresionresultswith controlvariablesfurtherindicatethatpercapitaGDP，thevalueaddedofthetertiaryindustry，andforeigninvestmenthave positiveimpactsonlgisticsperformance，whilefixedasetivestmentandfiscalexpenditureexertcertainnegativeefectsatthe currentstage.Robustnesstestsconfimthereliabilityofthesefindings.Thisstudyprovidesempiricalevidenceforassessngthe performance of regional logistics policies and foroptimizing the organization of logistics corridors.
